Our Food


Our rashers are dry cured with sea salt. We would always recommend to fry the rashers in some olive or sunflower oil. They are perfect for a hearty bacon sandwich. We like them with crusty white bread, a good spread of real butter and a small amount of ketchup (Heinz or Chef??? that debate could go on forever!). Enjoy
